Veeam is a fantastic product for backing up your important data, holding it in a secure manner and enabling various options for restoration but if this data is held on the same site as your production environment then this could be a risk.

Safe Data Storage are a Veeam ProPartner and as such, we are setup to receive a copy of your current Veeam backups and store them on our Private UK Cloud for safe keeping.

By doing this, you have the ability to download your backups from us in the event of a site outage from a malicous attack or natural disaster. Once you have downloaded the backups, you will be able to rebuild your infrastructure with the confidence that you're used to with Veeam.

Once you have an account with us, adding us as a Service Provider in your Veeam Software is simple:

1.  Cloud Connect Tools in Veeam Backup and Replication
2.  Service Providers / Add Service Provider
3.  Type in: veeam.safedatastorage.co.uk and Port: 6180
4.  Type your Safe Data Storage credentials 
5.  Confirm details and your ready

Then, when you have us set up as a Service Provider we are there as an option to push your Backup Copy Jobs to us. In a few steps you can have the comfort in knowing your data is off site with us:

1.  Create a new Backup Copy Job
2.  Add the Objects to Process / Copy
3.  Select your Storage Repository that you have with us
4.  Set the number of Restore Points 
5.  Set your own schedule and of you go.
